Botham City, home to criminals both effective and pathetic, but unfortunately not home to any effective superheroes. The citizens of Botham have to put up with Batbloke and his hapless sidekick, Bobin, and they are very envious of their neighbours in the other sprawling metropolis, Metropolopolopopolopolopopopolopolis, whose resident superhero is Duperman, who can do all sorts of fancy things like fly and see through walls.
